Coral cash out: how full and partial cash out work

A Coral cash out is a price for settling your bet before it’s over. Coral works it out from three things: the odds you took, the odds now, and how the event is going. Accept the Cash Out My Bet agreement the first time, confirm the figure, and the bet is settled with the money in your balance. Partial cash out lets you take between 10% and 90% of the figure with a slider and leave the rest on.

Coral itself warns: “You should never place bets under the assumption that you will be able to Cash Out later.” It’s suspended in roughly the last five minutes of an event, it can be suspended when a goal is scored or a player is sent off, and bets linked to another promotion don’t get it. All of this comes from Coral’s help centre and cash out terms, read on 2 October 2026.

What Coral’s cash out figure is based on

Coral prices a cash out from the odds when you placed the bet, the odds when you ask to cash out and the current state of the event. So the figure will be different to the price you accepted. It already includes your stake, and £50,000 is the most a single bet can be cashed out for.

Cashing out on the Coral app and website

  1. On desktop, open the My Bets section of the betslip. On mobile, the Cash Out button appears in My Bets, My Accas and Bet History.
  2. Find a bet with a Cash Out button. If the button is greyed out, tap the “i” to see why.
  3. The first time you cash out, accept the Cash Out My Bet agreement.
  4. Select Cash Out and confirm. If the figure changes before you confirm, Coral shows you the new one, and you can accept it or cancel and keep the bet running.
  5. Wait for Coral’s confirmation message.

Once the confirmation shows, Coral counts the bet as settled. You need to be connected to the internet to cash out, and if you lose your connection, refresh the page to see the latest cash out options.

Partial cash out on Coral

Say your bet has a cash out value of £100. With partial cash out you could take £10 now and leave £90 running on your selections. You choose how much with a slider at the bottom of the bet slip, anywhere from 10% to 90%, and the bet slip shows exactly what you’ll collect.

Coral sets no limit on how many partial cash outs you make on one bet. What stops them is the 10p floor: once the stake per line or the cash out amount is down to 10p, neither kind of cash out is offered any more.

Why is Coral cash out suspended or not working?

Coral’s reasons come up at three different points.

Before your first cash out

You need to have accepted the Cash Out My Bet agreement.

During the event

A market in your bet may be suspended, for example after a goal or a sending off. Cash out also stops within about five minutes of the end, and problems with Coral’s live feeds can take it away.

On the bet itself

Every selection has to be on a cash out market, and a bet linked to another promotion, including an enhanced price special, doesn’t qualify. There’s also nothing to cash out when the figure would be £0. Coral can also decide against cash out at the time, and it keeps the right to change, suspend or remove it on any market, and for any customer. Your bet stands either way.

Which Coral bets have cash out

Singles and accumulators qualify when every selection is on an eligible market. UK horse racing bets have cash out on win or each way, and boxing on fight betting and method of victory. On football, Coral lists selected markets such as goal totals, correct score, both teams to score and match result. Cricket, snooker and darts have it on match betting, and tennis on set winner, set betting and match betting. On tournament outrights, only win singles and multiples can be cashed out.

For football Bet Builders, cash out covers these in-play markets, in each league that has Bet Builder: double chance, correct score, handicap, next team to score, both teams to score, total goals and match result. Corners and cards are added on selected matches and leagues. A horse racing leg takes a Bet Builder out of cash out altogether, mixed-sport Bet Builder+ bets included.

Coral cash out: quick answers

How long does a Coral cash out take?

The bet settles as soon as Coral’s success message appears, and the cash out value goes into your account balance straight away. For how long a withdrawal to your bank takes, see our Coral app review.

What happens if the match is abandoned after a partial cash out?

You get back only the stake that was still running. Coral’s example: on a £10 bet where £5 had already been cashed out, an abandoned match returns £5, not £10.

Can I partially cash out a free bet on Coral?

No. Coral’s partial cash out isn’t available on a bet funded or part funded with a free bet.
