What’s in the bet365 poker mobile app

For me the question with any poker app is whether you’re getting the room or a cut-down version of it, and the App Store description reads like the room. It has No Limit and Limit cash games heads-up, 6-max or at a full ring of nine, in portrait or landscape. It also says you can “join up to six tables at once” at the Premium tables, which the listing calls exclusive to bet365 Poker.

I’d look at All-in Cash Out before anything else. When two of you are all-in with the river to come and you’re at least 35% to win, a pop-up offers you your hand’s equity there and then, credited to your table balance. You can set it to never ask. Run It Twice works at the Premium tables only: if both players agree, the remaining cards are dealt twice and the pot is split in two, with no extra rake taken. Oddly for a poker app, the Play listing also promises roulette, blackjack and a shelf of slots to play while you wait for a hand. I’d leave those alone.

bet365 poker games and formats: what you can play, and the stakes

The smallest blinds on the App Store listing are €0.01/€0.02. The cash tables shown on the poker lobby on 29 September 2026 were No Limit Hold’em at €0.05/€0.10, €0.10/€0.20 and €0.25/€0.50. Buy-ins ran from €3 up to €50. The rake table goes a lot higher than that (it has rows for €25/€50 blinds), though a rake table tells you what bet365 would charge and not what’s running on a given night.

Twister has a terms page of its own, and the help centre’s summary of it is the clearest: “Twisters are a three handed Jackpot style SnG , with a prize pool up to 1,000X your buy-in, with buy-ins from €1 to €200.” As of late September 2026 the fee is 7% of the buy-in, or 5% at €200. At the three biggest multipliers the winner takes 80% with the other two players getting 10% each, and everywhere below that it’s winner takes all. Wild Twister is the all-in version and pays out in Twister tickets that expire after two months, which makes it a way into more Twisters. Age of the Gods Twister tops out at 100 times the buy-in and puts a small share of every buy-in into four jackpots.

On rake the rule is the usual one for online poker, and bet365 states it plainly: “If the hand ends before the flop is dealt, no rake will be taken. This is known as our “no flop, no drop” policy.”

The tournament types are in the table further up this page, and the detail to add is the cost: the entry fee is usually 10% of the buy-in (so a €10 tournament costs €11). Freerolls are run as scheduled multi-table tournaments. New customers can also pick up a freeroll ticket through the Sunday Exclusive promotion, one per daily qualifying period.

The part that surprised me is how many live events bet365 runs qualifiers for. At the end of September 2026 the Live Events page had nine series on it, the Irish Open, Battle of Malta and Triton ONE among them, with packages from €990 to €9,000.

Anything you win in Tournament Money (the balance with a T in front of it) can only ever be used for buy-ins, and the welcome missions pay part of their rewards in it. It doesn’t expire, but it can’t be withdrawn. It isn’t cash.

Paying in, cashing out and the euro question

You pay in and cash out through bet365’s standard cashier, in pounds, and the two tables above are that cashier’s published list. PayPal asks for £25 where the cards and wallets ask for £5, withdrawals go back to whatever you paid in with, and nothing comes out until the account is verified. On timing, bet365 says it aims to process a withdrawal inside four hours and that it can take up to 24; how long your bank then takes is covered in our guide at /bet365/withdrawal-times/.

What’s different in poker is the currency. The tables, the tournaments and the welcome package are all in euros, so a UK account is converted every time you buy chips or register. The rate is fixed from the moment you sit down until you leave the table (or the tournament ends). The help centre is clear on the cost: “Unlike other poker rooms, bet365 does not charge commission on currency exchanges.” No commission is good. You’re still playing in a currency that isn’t yours, though, so a €10 Twister isn’t a £10 one, and I’d do the sum before picking a stake.

One bet365 login covers poker, sports, casino, games and bingo, so an existing customer goes straight in, and biometric login is an option in the poker app. The poker-only part is the screen name. You get one, bet365 says it will only change it “in the most exceptional of circumstances”, so pick one you can live with.

Poker support is bet365’s general Live Chat, and there’s no phone number. It’s open 24 hours a day and answered by an AI agent before a person, with a webform and social media messaging as the alternatives. Have the table or tournament name to hand before you open it, because that’s the first thing a poker query needs.

Safer gambling tools

The gap to know about is Reality Checks. They’re the pop-up that tells you how long you’ve been logged in, and bet365’s own page says they exclude poker game play. So at a poker table the clock is yours to watch.

Everything else is under Account Menu, then Gambling Controls, and a deposit limit set there applies across all bet365 products, poker included. Deposit Limits and Net Deposit Limits run by day, week or month, with a 24-hour wait before any increase takes effect. Time-Out runs from 24 hours to 30 days (or a custom period), and Self-Exclusion from six months to five years.

Is bet365 poker rigged?

You’re playing other people here and not the house, and bet365’s rake page says as much, so the house earns the same whoever wins the pot. It takes its money from the rake and the tournament fees, which are published. Poker sits on the same Gambling Commission licence as bet365’s casino (Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, account 55149, a remote casino licence dating from October 2019), and the register entry is linked below. The rules ban the things that would rig a table from the players’ side: collusion and chip dumping can both bring disqualification and a permanent ban. One Google Play reviewer, back in 2021, wrote that the deal didn’t feel random to them, and that’s their view. I’d treat a bad run as a bad run.
