How to contact Paddy Power: live chat, phone number and email

To contact Paddy Power customer service, use live chat: open the Contact us page in Paddy Power’s help centre and tap “Message us”. Paddy Power has no general customer service phone number. There is a support email, support@paddypower.com, on the Paddy Power app’s Google Play listing, but the help centre sends account queries to live chat. Its free 0800 number, 08000 565 275, is for phone betting only.

Paddy Power live chat
Go to the Contact us page in Paddy Power’s help centre and tap the message button to start a chat. Many help articles have the same button at the bottom, and Paddy Power’s terms describe it as a chat “with one of our Customer Support agents”.
Some problems have a chat button of their own, on the help article for that problem:
- Login Chat, if you’ve forgotten your username and password or locked your account
- Suspended Chat, if your account has been suspended
- Contact Verification Chat, if the code to verify your email address or phone number hasn’t arrived
Paddy Power doesn’t publish opening hours for its live chat.
Does Paddy Power have a phone number or helpline?
Not for customer service. Paddy Power’s Contact us page lists no phone number, and its help centre sends account queries to live chat.
Apart from the Safer Gambling Team’s line (below), Paddy Power gives one number, and it’s for phone betting, which Paddy Power calls Dial-a-Bet. It’s 08000 565 275 in the UK, or 1800 238 888 in Ireland, and it’s a free 0800 number. Phone betting customers can call it to ask for a statement or for their winnings to be paid, Paddy Power’s terms say. It isn’t a helpline for general queries. Phone betting has its own rules too: the minimum stake is £10 per call, and every call is recorded.
Complaint and directory websites list other phone numbers for Paddy Power. Paddy Power doesn’t give them on its help pages, so use live chat instead.
Can you email Paddy Power?
Yes. The Paddy Power app’s Google Play listing gives support@paddypower.com as its support email, and the download guide on Paddy Power’s poker site points to the same address. For bingo-related issues, the Paddy Power Bingo app’s Google Play listing gives its own address, support@paddypowerbingo.com. The help centre itself doesn’t give an email address for account queries, and for forgotten login details it says “we can’t respond to forgotten username/password enquiries by e-mail or SMS”. The email addresses on its help pages are for specific jobs, such as data protection requests and reporting accessibility problems with its website.
For a quick answer about your account, live chat is still the route Paddy Power’s help centre gives.
There’s no email contact form either. The help centre’s Give Feedback link opens the same chat, for feedback.

Paddy Power’s X profile says to use @AskPaddyPower for queries, and its help centre points you there to ask for a price on something it hasn’t listed. For anything about your own account, such as payments, verification or a locked login, use live chat.
Contacting Paddy Power’s Safer Gambling Team
Paddy Power’s safer gambling pages also send you to live chat. The Safer Gambling Team also has its own phone line, (+44) 808 812 7175. It’s open 8am to 8:45pm, 7 days a week. Paddy Power gives that number for removing a long break once the break has ended, and says charges may apply for customers based outside the UK.
