Sky Bingo app download & review (October 2026)

Finding your games in the Sky Bingo app

The Sky Bingo lobby can’t show you the games you played recently, on a computer or on your phone, and Sky says so in its own guide to the new lobby. Search is how you get back to a favourite, and an i icon in each game opens its rules. Beside the bingo rooms, Sky lists an Arcade tab of slots, Slingo and instant wins, and you can play Sky Bingo online at skybingo.com as well as in the app.

What the Sky Bingo bonus gets you: free tickets for three games

My problem with the Sky Bingo bonus is how narrow it is. The £20 is paid as bingo tickets worth up to 10p each, so at least 200 of them, and Sky’s terms call them free tickets. They only work in three games: Age of the Gods Bingo, Cash Cubes Bingo and Deal or No Deal 75 Ball (DOND 75 for short).

Anything a bonus ticket wins comes as cash with no wagering on it, though the bonus itself can’t be withdrawn.

How to play Sky Bingo: tickets, pre-buy and jackpots

Tickets for a future game can’t be cancelled once you’ve confirmed them, and Sky lets you pre-buy up to seven days ahead (Prebuy is in the bottom menu on a phone). Sales close 10 or 20 seconds before a game starts, depending on the game, and in some games you can buy up to 72 tickets. Auto-dab is on by default, and Sky’s guide says a winning ticket pays whether you dabbed it or not.

In DOND 75, someone else’s jackpot can pay you: the game’s page offers a community jackpot. Sky’s help says that kind of jackpot pays part of the pot to the other players who had tickets in the winning game. Fixed jackpots pay for a full house inside a set number of balls (shared equally if more than one ticket gets there), and progressives rise each night with the previous day’s ticket sales.

Is Sky Bingo fixed? Who runs the games

The numbers are drawn by a random number generator, and the bingo software comes from Virtue Fusion, whose generator Sky’s fairness page says was developed by Sun Microsystems. Prize pools can be linked with other bingo sites on the Virtue Fusion network, and Sky says everyone in a game pays the same ticket price, with the same chance of winning it.

Sky Bingo free bingo

The Daily Free Bingo room is the best thing on Sky Bingo for me. The free play hour runs from 7pm to 8pm every day through the Bingo Lobby, the tickets are free and there’s no opt-in. Sky’s promo page (checked 7 October 2026) listed £10 for a line, £20 for two lines and £40 for a full house in each 90-ball game. The terms put the prize money at £1,440 a day. They say prizes are paid in cash within 10 minutes of the game ending (within 72 hours if that fails), and every prize can be withdrawn. To withdraw a prize under £10, you ask Customer Service, who’ll process it for you.

There’s no morning session any more: Sky replaced its 10am free session with a Double Prize Hour in the Sky Pennies room, where tickets cost 1p. Free games can’t win the standard or progressive jackpots either, unless a room allows it. And customers with relevant restrictions on their account, or who’ve been excluded from Sky Bingo, Vegas or Casino promotions or products, can’t use the room at all.

Safer gambling on Sky Bingo

If Sky puts a safer gambling bonus restriction on your account, you can’t get into Sky Bingo at all, which surprised me. Its help page explains why in plain terms: “Unfortunately in order to prevent the take up of bonuses on Sky Bingo, our current solution is to prevent access to this site.” You can also ask customer services for it yourself. The restriction stops bonuses on Sky Bet, Sky Vegas and Sky Casino too.

A bingo self-exclusion works as a bundle: choosing it also shuts Sky Vegas, Sky Casino and Sky Bet Games, for anything from six months to five years. If you want other gambling companies shut out as well, GAMSTOP is a free self-exclusion scheme for the online ones licensed in Great Britain that take part. Sky Bingo’s home page links straight to deposit limits, and our Sky Bet review covers the other tools Sky shares across its brands.

Please gamble responsibly. Sky Bingo is for over-18s only (18+). For free, confidential help, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 or visit BeGambleAware.org.

Bingo chat on Sky Bingo

Sky Bingo’s chat rooms have chat moderators (Sky calls them CMs), who play free chat games with the players logged in to the room. A chat game needs at least three players and pays out £2 at most, and you can win three a day. Only players who’ve deposited on Sky Bingo in the last 30 days can win, and the prizes come as bonuses you have to play through once before you can withdraw them.

Don’t take an account problem to a CM, though. Sky’s game rules say of them: “They work independently from Sky Bingo, and cannot answer queries about your Account or refunds.”

Your Sky account and bingo chat name

You need a chat name before you can play any Sky Bingo game, and it’s shown in the chat room and whenever you win. Any Sky account, from Sky Bet to Sky Poker, works as your Sky Bingo login, and our Sky Bet app review covers logging in and resetting a PIN.

Sky Bingo contact and live chat

Sky Bingo’s live chat is open from 7am to 2am every day through Contact Us at support.skybingo.com, there’s no general phone number, and our guide to contacting Sky has the other routes.

The Sky Bingo Arcade: slots and Slingo

Before you spin anything in the Arcade, check whether you’ve opted in to The Big Drop. It’s an opt-in jackpot that runs across Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo and Sky Bet Games, and opting in adds 10p to your stake on every spin of a participating game until you opt out again.

Sky listed 431 games on 7 October 2026, with Jackpot King slots such as Cash Strike among them, and it calls Slingo Racing its own exclusive. 99 Royale is the odd one out, a battle slot for 8 to 99 players where, Sky says, there are no bots in real play. Sky won’t raise the stake limit on slots or Slingo if you ask, here or on Sky Casino, because the Gambling Commission caps it at £2 a spin for under-25s and £5 for everyone else.

How Sky Bingo pays out prizes

Bingo winnings go straight into your account, and Sky’s rules say they’re usually credited instantly (give it up to an hour). Fixed jackpots land shortly after the game, while a progressive jackpot win isn’t credited automatically (Sky’s help says you’ll be notified of it). Prizes in the xTG games (paid to players a set number of balls away when the last prize goes) go to your Bingo Bonus Balance.

Sky Bingo bonus balances are the fiddly bit, because there are two. Bonuses won on slots and Slingo show in your account, while bonuses won in the Bingo Lobby show only in the lobby, under My Account and then My Rewards. You can’t move them from one to the other.

Deposits and withdrawals go through the same Sky cashier as every Sky app. The table above has the methods and the times Sky states, and our guide to Sky Bet withdrawal times goes through them in full.
