How to contact Sky Bet: live chat times, phone number and email
Sky Bet customer service has no phone line and no email address, which Sky’s app listing puts down to wellbeing and hybrid working. Live chat is open from 7am to 2am every day: tap Contact us at the bottom of any article in the Sky Bet help centre. Or message @SkyBetHelp privately on X or Facebook, from 7am to midnight.
The one Sky number on its help pages, 0808 168 9222, is a specialist line for blocked deposits and for raising certain limits Sky sets.
| Route | How to reach it | Hours | Use it for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Contact us, at the foot of any article on support.skybet.com | 7am to 2am, every day | Anything, including sending ID documents |
| Topic chats | The chat button on the help article for your problem, such as Login Chat or Withdrawal Query Chat | Not given separately | Login, verification, withdrawal, card and suspended account problems |
| @SkyBetHelp on X, or Facebook | A private message, never a public post | 7am to midnight | Questions about your own account (no documents) |
| By post | 4 Wellington Place, Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4AP | Not applicable | Writing to Sky (section 26 of the terms lists chat and post) |
| Deposits and limits line | Phone 0808 168 9222 | No hours given | Blocked deposits; raising the Global Deposit Limit, or a limit 6 months after self-exclusion |
| General phone line or customer service email | None on Sky’s help centre or in its terms | Not applicable | Use live chat instead |
Is there a Sky Bet contact number?
No. Sky Bet has no free 0800 or 0345 phone number for customer service, and no paid one either: its help pages and terms don’t give a customer service number at all. The Sky Bet Google Play listing says why: “As we prioritise wellbeing & hybrid working at Sky Bet, please use our chat service or social channels to contact us”. Nor can you bet by phone: section 31.1 of the terms says “We do not accept any bets or wagers via telephone.”
The number on a few Sky help pages, 0808 168 9222, is for getting blocked deposits working again. It’s also how you ask to raise the Global Deposit Limit that Sky puts on every account, or a limit once 6 months have passed since you came back from self-exclusion. Sky gives no hours for it, and it isn’t a line for a login, a withdrawal or a bet.
Sky Bet isn’t run by Sky UK, so Sky’s TV and broadband numbers can’t help with a betting account.
I wouldn’t hand my account details to the phone numbers and email addresses a complaint site lists for Sky Bet, because Sky doesn’t give out any of them.
Sky Bet live chat times
If your problem has its own help article, I’d start the chat from that article’s button, because it opens the chat on that topic. Live chat opening times are 7am to 2am, every day. The buttons to look for:
- Withdrawal Query Chat, for a withdrawal that’s taken more than 5 working days, which is when Sky says to ask (our Sky Bet withdrawal times guide has the times by method)
- Login Chat, once Sky’s username or PIN reset steps haven’t worked
- Verification Chat and Contact Verification Chat, for ID checks and confirming your contact details
- Suspended Chat, for a suspended account
For anything else, every article on support.skybet.com ends with “Send us a message and we’ll try and sort it!” and a Contact us button that opens the general chat.
@SkyBetHelp on X and Facebook
Sky’s social team answers private messages on X, where it’s @SkyBetHelp, and on Facebook. Sky’s own pitch for it: “There’s no need to wait in a queue for live chat, just drop us a private message on X (Formerly Twitter) or Facebook with your query.” The team works from 7am to midnight and aims to reply within 15 minutes, which Sky says “may vary during very busy periods”. It will only discuss an account with the customer messaging from their own social media account, and Sky asks you never to put details in a public post.
For me, a DM suits a question with no paperwork attached, because the social team can’t take ID documents; those go through live chat.
@RequestABet on X was replying to bet requests as recently as August 2026, and its bio sends other queries to @SkyBet and @SkyBetHelp.
Sky Bet email address
Sky’s help centre and terms give no customer service email address, and Sky’s login help says it can’t deal with a forgotten username or PIN by email. Documents are a different matter. Sky’s article on undeliverable emails says an email isn’t passed to its team when the attachment isn’t a JPEG, JPG, PDF or PNG, and offers live chat as another way to send them. It doesn’t say which address to use.
Sky lists a few single-purpose addresses. Accessibility feedback goes to accessibility@flutteruki.com, and data requests (a copy of what Sky holds on you, or asking for it to be erased) to subjectrights.sbg@skybet.com. Neither is a support email for account queries.
Sky Bet helpline and safer gambling contacts
Sky’s help gives a route to its safer gambling team that works without logging in: at the bottom of the Safer Gambling page, type your reason for getting in touch and select Safer Gambling. If you came looking for a Sky Bet helpline number for gambling worries, Sky’s safer gambling page gives the National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 in the UK and 1800 936 725 in Ireland.
Sky Bet complaints
Sky Bet complaints go to customer service through the button on Sky’s complaints page, and Sky gives no complaints email address. Sky sends an automated receipt within 24 hours and usually replies within 10 working days. If the final response, due within 8 weeks, doesn’t settle it, UK customers can go to IBAS, the independent adjudication service, at no cost.
Sky Bet contact FAQ
Is Sky Bet live chat open 24 hours?
No. Chat closes at 2am and opens again at 7am, every day. Between midnight and 2am, chat is open but the social team isn’t.
Can Sky Bet call me?
Yes. If your account was suspended while you were abroad, wait until you’re back in the UK or Ireland and message Sky by chat. It then arranges a call back to check you’re on a UK or Irish dial tone. Sky’s privacy statement also says it may email or call you if its checks flag potentially harmful play, to make sure you’re comfortable with your level of spend.
Is it the same for Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Poker and Sky Bingo?
Yes. One Sky account works across all five, and their help sites carry the same contact articles and the same chat button.
Our Sky Bet review covers the app itself.
