bet365’s welcome offer for new UK customers is “Bet £10 & Get £30 in Free Bets”, paid as Bet Credits. You don’t need a bonus code. Sign up, deposit £5 or more (up to £10 counts), then place qualifying bets to the same value. Once they settle, bet365 gives you three times that deposit in Bet Credits, up to £30.
One thing to know before you start: the £30 isn’t £30 of cash. When you bet with Bet Credits, the stake isn’t returned, so £10 of credits at 2/1 brings back £20, not £30.

Do you need a bet365 bonus code?
No. bet365’s terms set out three steps: sign up, make a qualifying deposit, then claim the offer. There’s no code to enter anywhere in them.
Missed it at your first deposit? You have 30 days from registering to claim it. Log in, open the Account menu, choose My Offers and claim it there.
How to claim the bet365 sign up offer
- Open a new bet365 account.
- Make a qualifying deposit with a payment method the terms allow.
- Claim the offer, straight away or later from My Offers.
- Place qualifying bets to the value of your deposit (capped at £10). Each needs at least one selection at 1/5 (1.20) or bigger.
- Once those bets settle (within 30 days of claiming), your Bet Credits are released. bet365 says they’re normally ready within an hour.
- Use them within 7 days.
How bet365 Bet Credits work
To use your Bet Credits, add a selection to the bet slip and choose Use Bet Credits.
bet365’s own example shows the difference at odds of 2/1. A £10 cash bet returns £30: £20 winnings plus your stake. A £10 Bet Credits stake returns £20. Whatever you win goes to your withdrawable balance; the Bet Credits themselves can’t be withdrawn.
Bet Credits can’t be used on certain products, promotions and bet types; the full terms below point to the list. bet365’s Acca Boost page adds that bets placed with Bet Credits don’t get the boost. And if you cash out a Bet Credits bet, the Cash Out value already has the Bet Credits stake taken off.
bet365 football offers
These are the promotions open to existing customers as well as new ones. Each is for new and eligible customers, and bet365’s T&Cs apply.
Acca Boost
A winning accumulator of two or more selections earns extra winnings, paid as cash, on qualifying markets across the main football and tennis competitions worldwide and the major US sports leagues. The boost depends on how many selections you have:

On a double the boost is small: 2.5% turns £20 of winnings into £20.50. It only grows on long accas. Any selection at odds under 1/10 rules the acca out, and so does staking it with Bet Credits.
Early Payout
Two goals ahead is enough. Back a team before kick-off on the standard Full Time Result market in a qualifying competition. If they go two goals up at any stage, bet365 pays a single bet in full, even if the other side comes back to draw or win. In a multiple or a Bet Builder, that selection is marked as won and the rest of the bet carries on. bet365’s page lists the qualifying competitions; the promotion runs up to 31 December 2026.
Sub On Play On
Look for the Sub On Play On icon on player markets such as anytime goalscorer. If your player is substituted, the bet rolls over to the replacement at the same odds. Extra time counts too: if your selection doesn’t win in 90 minutes but does in extra time, it settles as a winner at the same odds.
Bet Boost, Super Boost and Winnings Boost
Bet Boosts run on a wide range of sports. An event with one shows a green arrow, with the old price crossed out; select the boosted price to add it to your bet slip.
Super Boosts are on selected events and carry a yellow arrow. They’re single bets only, with cash stakes only and a maximum stake, so Bet Credits can’t be used.
Winnings Boosts apply to selected single bets and Bet Builders on featured sports and events. A Bet Builder needs three or more selections at combined odds of 1/1 or bigger. Cash stakes only, with a maximum stake and a fixed boost.
bet365 horse racing offers
Best Odds Guaranteed
On UK and Irish horse racing, take a price from 08:00 UK time on the day of the race. If your horse wins or places and the starting price is bigger, bet365 pays you at the bigger odds. It applies to the standard Win and Each Way fixed odds market.
Racing Value
bet365 groups several racing extras under Racing Value:
- early prices on every UK and Irish horse and greyhound race;
- if a horse or greyhound is disqualified, bet365 pays out on it as well as on the official winner;
- no deduction for the first runner withdrawn in a race at odds between 10/1 and 14/1, where bookmakers normally take 5p in the pound;
- Non-Runner No Bet on selected ante-post races.
Position Payout
On races with a Position Payout market, each selection shows a return for finishing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on. You know your possible winnings before the race, without working out each way terms. It works in multiples too.
Other bet365 promotions
Tennis Retirement Guarantee
An opponent retiring hurt doesn’t cost you the bet. It covers the To Win Match market for singles at selected ATP events and any WTA or Grand Slam event. If the other player retires hurt, a pre-match single bet is paid as a winner: your stake comes back as cash and the winnings as Bet Credits. In a multiple, that selection is treated as a winner.

Significant Terms and Conditions
- Available to new customers only. - Only the largest cumulative stake on an individual selection within a market/fixture combination (either pre-match or In-Play) will count towards the settled bets requirement.
- Where your qualifying bet is Cashed Out, the offer will no longer apply.
- Cashed Out, Instant Games, Gaming, Free Bets, void bets, In-Play bets which are settled as a push or Fantasy Sports entries will not count.
- Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable, and Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. Any returns from Bet Credits placed will be added to your Withdrawable Balance.
